Boat concierge service and boat preparation before you arrive, on the French shore of Lake Geneva.

Covers off, systems on, tanks full, provisions aboard: your boat is waiting, ready to go.

The problem

You have two days on the boat and lose one taking the covers off, reviving the batteries, filling up and shopping. The weekend slips away before you have even left the pontoon.

Our answer

Tell us when you are arriving: the covers are off, the boat aired, the engine run, the tanks full and the cool box stocked if you wish. When you leave, we put everything back in order. You arrive, you sail.

Before you arrive: a boat ready to go

Let us know when you are coming: 48 hours is enough for a standard preparation. The boat is uncovered and aired, the engine started, batteries and equipment checked, fuel and water topped up. From your list, we do the shopping and stow the provisions on board; linen and bedding are ready in the cabin. You arrive, you sail.

After you leave: everything back in order

When you leave, we put the boat back in order and cover it again: nothing is left for you to do until your next trip.

Between visits, our boat watch takes care of the checks and the photo report, and a steam clean can be scheduled so the boat is clean when you come back.

Boatyard visits, end of season and winter

An appointment with a partner boatyard, a repair to follow: we open the boat, meet the contractor, follow the work and report back to you. You do not have to make the trip, or take a day off to open the boat. At the end of the season, we prepare the boat for winter afloat (oil change, covers back on, made safe) and then watch over it until spring.

Who is it for?

For owners who come at weekends, for Geneva residents whose boat is moored on the French side, for anyone who wants to enjoy the lake without losing time at the dock. Our job is preparation, not sailing: we offer neither charter nor skippered trips.

How much notice do you need before I arrive?

48 hours is enough for a standard preparation. For provisions or special requests, a little more notice is better.

Can you handle an appointment with a boatyard?

Yes: we open the boat, meet the contractor, follow the work and report back to you. No need for you to travel.

Do you also cover the end of the season?

Absolutely: oil change, winterising afloat, covers back on, boat made safe - we get the boat ready for winter and keep watch until spring.

In which harbours do you offer the concierge service?

In the eight harbours of the French shore of Lake Geneva: Chens-sur-Léman, Messery, Nernier, Yvoire, Excenevex, Sciez, Thonon-les-Bains and Évian-les-Bains. Our base is in Nernier harbour; further afield, we look at each request case by case.

Can I combine the concierge service with boat watch?

Yes, it is the simplest option for an absent owner: boat watch takes care of the visits and the photo report between your trips, the concierge service prepares the boat before you arrive and puts it back in order afterwards. We put the plan together with you during the visit on board.
