About
Stéphane Badea, passionate about looking after Lake Geneva boat owners.
Boat sitter, boat watch and boat concierge from Nernier marina, on the French shore of Lake Geneva.
The story
"A happy boat is a boat that gets visited often."
Yacht Services Solutions was founded in 2021 at Nernier marina, from a simple observation: most Lake Geneva boat owners live far from their boat, and a boat left alone deteriorates fast, especially with the bise and the limescale.
Rather than open yet another boatyard, Stéphane chose a local model: working right at the berth, afloat, from a fully equipped work boat. Boat watch, cleaning, preparation, advice: every boat is treated as if it were his own.
The promise is kept after every visit: a photo report sent to the owner. You arrive. You sail.
The care is designed around the lake: cleaning is done with steam, with no chemicals and nothing released into the water. A spotless boat, a protected lake.

How we work
One point of contact, from quote to photo report.
The same person on board
Yacht Services Solutions is a sole proprietorship: Stéphane is the one who comes on board, writes the quote and sends you the photo report. You know who holds the keys to your boat, and you always speak to the same person, from the first visit to the winter checks.
Designed for Lake Geneva
Lake Geneva water is very hard and the bise blows strong. The care reflects that: steam cleaning lifts limescale with no chemicals, and boat watch includes a check visit after every bise storm.
What we do not do
We are not a boatyard: we do not lift boats out of the water, we do not store them and we do not do heavy mechanical work. When work is needed, we liaise with partner boatyards and follow the job for you.
Let's talk about your boat
A question, something you need for the season? Write to us or give us a call: we arrange a visit on board at your berth, and you get a no-obligation quote.
