Browsing the website

Simply browsing the website sets no cookie and loads no third-party service: fonts are hosted on our own server, and no map, video or social media button is embedded in the page.

Links to Google Maps or Facebook only connect you to those services if you click on them.

Contact and enquiry forms

When you write to us through the contact form or the enquiry form for a boat for sale, we receive what you enter: name, email address, phone number, details of your boat (name, registration, harbour, berth, type, length), the service you want, date and message. Only your name, email address and the service you want are required.

Purpose
Answering your request, preparing a quote and following up our relationship.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipient
Stéphane Badea only. No data is sold, rented or transferred.
Retention
Three years from our last contact, then automatic deletion. Messages identified as spam: 30 days.
Processor
Infomaniak Network SA: hosting of the website, mail server and inbox, in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

Protection against bots

To block automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only when you start filling it in. This service analyses technical signals from your browser and your IP address to check that a person is sending the form.

Legal basis
Legitimate interest: the security of the website and of the inbox (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipient
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Transfer covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your IP address is also used to limit the number of submissions per hour; it is deleted after 24 hours.

Audience measurement

Only with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, type of device) and to improve it. Nothing loads until you click "Accept", and "Decline" is offered just as prominently. Clarity never runs on the contact page or on the pages of boats for sale, which carry a form, and the content of form fields is masked.

Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
Recipient
Microsoft Corporation (United States). Transfer covered by the Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
_clck and _clsk, set by Clarity after your consent, for at most 13 months.
Retention
At Microsoft: session recordings 30 days, click statistics and heatmaps 13 months.
Your choice
Accepted or declined, it is remembered in your browser for 6 months, then asked again. You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@yacht-services-solutions.com. We reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Requests received can only be viewed from an administration area protected by a code, with a limited number of attempts.
